Types of appointments
Pre-bookable appointments
You can book pre-bookable appointments with us up to six weeks in advance. We have reserved some appointment slots for urgent cases, which can be booked on the same day. For routine appointments, we recommend calling in the afternoons as mornings are busy.
If you have a specific doctor or nurse in mind for your appointment, please let us know while booking. We will do our best to accommodate your preference and ensure you are seen by the healthcare professional you prefer.
Same day / Urgent appointments
If you have urgent medical issue that needs immediate attention, we offer same-day appointments from Monday to Friday. These appointments are reserved for urgent cases. Please don’t book them for routine matters ( such as medication reviews, prescription requests, or sick note requests) . By doing so, we can ensure that patients who are very ill receive the care they need.
How to Book:
To book a same-day appointment, please call our clinic or visit our reception desk. Our friendly staff will assist you in scheduling an appointment for the same day, based on availability. In the event that all same-day appointments are already booked, you have the option to leave your telephone number. The duty doctor will call you back to assess the urgency of your situation and determine the appropriate course of action.
Telephone consultations
If you would like to have a phone consultation with one of our doctors or nurses, we are here to assist you. Our reception staff will take messages either over the phone or in person. Once we receive your message, the doctor or nurse will focus on it and return your call within 24-48 hours.
