Need an appointment?
If you have a non-urgent medical or administrative issue please use our online service, eConsult. You can access eConsult from 8:00 am to 6:30pm. After 4:30pm please call the practice.
A clinician will review your form and you can expect to receive a response from our practice team within the same working day.
For patients under 6 months old, eConsult cannot be submitted, please call instead.

How to book an appointment
- Online: Use eConsult, a quick and easy online service to submit your medical concerns. A doctor will review your form and book an appointment for you.
- Telephone: Call the GP practice at 020 7837 2020 to request an appointment. Our Care Navigators will help you complete the eConsult form so that your appointment request can be processed.
- In-Person at Reception: Visit the clinic and ask for assistance with completing the eConsult form at the reception desk. Your appointment will be scheduled only after the form is completed.
We will try to book your appointments with the same doctor each time to give you the best care.
Chaperone and Interpreter
Chaperone: If you need someone to be with you during an examination, let the reception or your doctor know.
Interpreter: If you need an interpreter, tell the reception team when you request your appointment.
Types of appointments
Routine Appointment : Booking in advance
You can request a routine appointment to be booked. To do this, please complete online appointment form – eConsult. Our team will review your request and get back to within the same day. If unable to complete the online form you can call the practice on 020 7837 2020.
Urgent Appointments : Same Day Appointments
To request a same-day appointment, please complete an eConsult or call our practice at 020 7837 2020, our team will gather information about your issue and help you schedule an appointment for the same day, if available.
Telephone Consultations
If you prefer to talk to a doctor over the phone, just let our staff know when you book your appointment.
Appointment cancellation
Please inform us as soon as possible if you’re unable to attend or will be late for your appointment. This helps us offer the slot to another patient in urgent need. You can cancel, reschedule, or use the NHS App via the provided link or call the practice. 020 7837 2020
Home Visits
If you’re unable to come to us because you’re housebound, we can arrange a home visit. Call us before 11:00 am to discuss this option.
Self-Referral
For some services like physiotherapy or therapy, you can refer yourself without seeing a doctor first. Visit our self-referal page to find out more.
When we are closed
When our practice is closed, you can still reach us by calling 020 7837 2020. Your call will be directed to the i:Hub service, which offers a full GP service from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm on weekdays, and all day on weekends and bank holidays.
For non-urgent medical requests on Saturdays from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, you can submit our online form:eConsult. If you’d prefer to speak directly with someone or are unable to complete the form, please call us at the number above from 9.00am.
