• Your appointment or clinic letter/email will usually include the direct contact details for your hospital service.
• You can also look up your clinic on the UCLH services webpage to find up-to-date phone numbers and email addresses.

MyCare – UCLH patient portal

You can also manage your care online via the UCLH MyCare portal. With MyCare you can:

Book, reschedule, or view details of past and upcoming appointments

Communicate securely with your clinical teams about your appointments or ongoing care

Access test results that have been released

Attend video consultations with your clinician

You should contact UCLH directly if you need to:

• Reschedule or cancel a hospital appointment
• Confirm the date, time, or location of your clinic
• Ask about directions, hospital facilities, or accessibility
• Check what documents or test results you need to bring

Have your NHS number and any clinic reference ready when you call or email.

Please remember: your GP practice cannot change or cancel hospital appointments on your behalf. These must be managed directly with UCLH.
